Terms and Conditions – Training Program

Confirmation of attendees – you will receive confirmation of your place within the training program when full payment has been received. Please note that for many of our training programs places are limited, so prompt payment to secure your place is encouraged.

Cancellations – If you wish to cancel your attendance, this must be received in writing at least 14 days before the date of the workshop/program to groups@spencerhealth.com.au. Please be aware that you will be charged a $50 administration charge for any cancellation. Refunds will not be issued for cancellation requests received within the 14 day period, nor for any reason a registrant does not attend the training event.

Transfer of Registration – Registrants may have the option to transfer their registration to a future training workshop or training session being delivered within 12 months of the scheduled training. A request to transfer registration must be provided in writing to groups@spencerhealth.com.au

Substitutions – All registrants are welcome to provide a substitution to attend in their place if they are unable to attend.

Covid-19/Pandemic Impacts  – If restrictions implemented for public health safety impact the delivery of face to face training, Spencer Health reserves the right to move the workshop to an online format. In those cases where online is not appropriate, the workshop will be rescheduled, and registrants notified of the new workshop dates. In all cases, registrants will have the option of attending the rescheduled/reformatted workshop OR forfeit the training fee.

Insufficient attendees – Any workshop or training session that does not reach minimum attendee numbers will be cancelled by Spencer Health. Notice of cancellation will be provided in writing to attendee’s registered email address a minimum 14 days prior to the scheduled workshop/training date. In the case Spencer Health cancels a training event, each registrant should expect a 100% refund. Spencer Health will not reimburse out of pocket expenses associated with travel and accommodation purchased by registrants to attend live training programs. All registrants are thus encouraged to purchase travel insurance.
